The Houston Airport System showed marginal growth this September, with approximately 4.84 million passengers flying through Bush Intercontinental and Hobby Airports, a 0.8% gain compared to September 2023.

According to Jim Szczesniak, Director of Aviation at HAS, "Houstonians and airport staff have been dealing with construction impacts at Bush for the last few years and were excited to announce that the construction is nearing completion just in time for the holiday travel season.”
