No Tax Due Certificate

Houston First Corporation issues Certificates of No Tax Due upon request and reserves the right to audit before certificate issuance. Within sixty (60) days after receipt of the written request, Houston First Corporation will either:

1. Issue a certificate stating no tax is due; or,
2. Issue a statement of the amount required to be paid before issuance of a certificate.
