HOUSTON (July 29, 2025) – The Buy One, Get One FREE ticket bargains are back for the fourth year and the deals are bigger and better than ever. Houston Theater Week returns for seven days only, August 18-24, 2025, with offers to nearly 400 live performances that run throughout the 2025-2026 season. That’s an unprecedented number of high-quality, wide-ranging productions available to consumers to experience throughout the 2025-2026 season.
Newcomers and longstanding lovers of live performing arts can take advantage of the exclusive ticket offers to live theater, opera, dance, musical performances and more at Downtown venues and community theaters located throughout the city. There is something for everyone.
“The power and popularity of Houston Theater Week is evident in the record number of offers and deals available to consumers this year. We are pleased to once again partner with our world-class performing arts organizations to bring exclusive deals to audiences and generate revenue that helps strengthen our performing arts community,” said Michael Heckman, President & CEO, Houston First Corporation.
New This Year
We are unveiling a dynamic new feature, Ask V, an AI-powered personal assistant, designed to make exploring Theater Week easier and more rewarding. Simply share your interests and past experiences in a quick chat and Ask V will curate a personalized list of shows tailored to your unique taste. With almost 400 offers, this will be an invaluable tool for shoppers.
Additionally, Ask V will recommend nearby hotels, top dining spots and unforgettable things to do before and after the show. This is just a preview of what’s to come, as we prepare for a broader rollout in early 2026. Theater Week consumers will be among the first to unlock the future of event discovery through Ask V.
Patrons will want to secure their seats to another exciting addition--a celebrity lecture series featuring notable personalities like actress Jane Fonda, Chef Samin Nosrat, astrophysicist Neil deGrasse Tyson, and humorist David Sedaris.
