Houston First supported the 33rd annual Houston Hispanic Forum Career and Education Day that brought thousands of Houston area students to the GRB Convention Center on February 16, 2019. The free event empowered young Latino students and families while propelling them to achieve greater success. Over 100 college, universities, trade schools, government agencies and nonprofits were onsite to discuss courses of study to be successful.
The Houston Hispanic Forum is a non-profit organization focused on empowering and inspiring the success of the large and fast-growing Hispanic community in the Greater Houston region, by strengthening the entire community.
