Houston-based real estate developer Deiso Moss along with Cleary Interests and Marriott International will debut the Ritz-Carlton, Houston at 2120 Post Oak Boulevard in Uptown-Galleria.
According to a press release from Deiso Moss, the property will mark Ritz-Carlton's first combined hotel and residences in Houston and will bring together “timeless architecture, world-class hospitality, and a fully realized private residential experience unlike anything the market has seen before.”
The Ritz-Carlton, Houston is anticipated to be 44-stories and over 600 feet tall. The building will include 154 guestrooms and 114 private residences, according to the release. A timeline for construction and opening was not revealed.

Houston-based national contractor Harvey Cleary will bring the full-service luxury living project to life.
The hotel will feature more than 50,000 square feet of amenities, including restaurants, lounges, cultural spaces and more.
