Professor Diane DeLuca takes her HCC students to visit local and national fashion business throughout Houston. Since opening, LAUNCH has been one of her stops. They visit LAUNCH every semester to hear from Sydney Dao, director of retail at Houston First, and her team on LAUNCH’s concept and work with local designers and artists.
This year, winning styles from the 2018 Fashion Fusion show and scholarship competition, part of HCC’s partnership with MFAH, are on display in LAUNCH and at Partnership Tower’s lobby.
