Houston First CEO and President Dawn Ullrich was named one of the Top 30 Influential Women of Houston by D-Mars, a local advertising, marketing, communication and media company. She received the honor at an annual award gala on Sept. 29. Because she was an "Icon Honoree," she was one of only eight recipients who was given speaking time upon receiving her award.
