Houston First held its Strategic Economic Opportunities Forum in June 2018. The forum brings together Houston First, partners like the City of Houston, prime contractors and prospective subcontractors. It opens the door for Minority, Women, Disadvantaged Business Enterprises, also known as MWDBEs, to do business with Houston First and other public entities.
